More Tesla autopilot deaths!

Consider how low volume the Tesla's are I can't help but think that an auto-pilot that allows you to take your hands off the wheel is actually more dangerous than not having one:

Autonomous vehicles in the press Automated vehicles or self driving cars are getting a lot of publicity in the press recently, a lot of it is very positive but also in the mix is a few more negative views. It's quite easy to dismiss these more negative comments are scaremongering, as after all they largely relate to isolated incidents which often turn out to be caused by human error rather than the vehicle itself.
